The invoices area is where you can create and manage invoices that are sent to clients & sponsors to collect payment. Invoices can be used on a one-off basis, on a recurring basis, and can even be made into templates for frequent use. The invoices area is also where you can create estimates if your pricing can vary.
One thing to keep in mind with invoices is that while you can manually send invoices to your sponsors, it is recommended instead to send them a contract for their sponsorship agreement and to include the product for that sponsor tier in their contract. This, in combination with your instance’s base settings, will make it so that upon signing their contract, they’ll be sent an invoice for the listed products and ensure that all workflows are able to function properly.
