Advanced View

The Contact Advanced View area is the view given when you navigate to a single contact's contact page. Here, you'll be able to see all details associated with the contact, including past conversation, any records submitted by them or your team, past & current workflow activity, tags, opportunities, and more.

The left-most column, this area is where you’ll see any data submitted by the contact or that you have uploaded for custom fields. You can also see tags, workflows, & opportunities associated with the contact, as well as see if they have enabled Do Not Disturb (DND) for any messaging channels.

The center column, this area is where you can see the contact’s history & timeline, including past conversations, invoices, payments, appointments, and more.

The right-most column, this area is where you can see more information that is relevant to your organization about the contact, including notes, appointments, payments and more.
