The conversation history tab is nearly identical to the conversation tab found under the conversations area. For more information on conversations please see the conversations article. However, there are two additional notes for the conversation column located in the advanced contact view, see the below bullets for more.
Owner & followers - This option is located at the top of the conversation column, but is only seen in the contact view. Here you can set an owner for the contact. Several outbound messaging and internal notification settings are set to notify the owner of the contact. By modifying the owner, you can change who these go to. The follower’s option operates similarly, but only provides notifications to followers and does not interfere with outbound messaging settings.
Keep in mind, that there can be only one contact owner, but there is no limit to the number of followers that can be assigned.
Filter - This option is located at the top of the conversation column, but is only seen in the contact view. Here you can filter what appears in the conversation view.
