The Internal Information column displays the following tabs that give a quick view of information on the contact that is kept in other areas of the CRM, these include:
Activity - This tab gives a timeline view of activities taken by the contact, including pages visited (visible if the contact has enabled cookies or submitted a form during their page experience), forms & surveys submitted, and appointments booked. It also shows where a contact was first and most recently attributed to.
Tasks - This tab allows you to see tasks that have been created for the contact (as well as quickly add new tasks), see what the task is for, which user it is assigned to, see the status, and view the due date.
Notes - This allows you to view and add internal notes added to the contact record, these are only visible by members of your team and not by the contact. When looking at created notes, you can also see when and by who the note was made.
Appointments - This allows you to view past and upcoming appointment details for appointments made by the contact through one of the calendars in the system. You can also create new appointments for the contact. When looking at an appointment, you can see the date of the appointment, the status, what calendar it is for, and which user it is with. You can also make edits and remove appointments from this area.
Documents - This allows you to see documents created from the payments area associated with the contact as well as internal documents that you have uploaded to the contact’s records. You can also view the status of the documents, upload new documents, download pdfs of the documents, and view where the document came from originally.
Payments - This allows you to get a summary of payment history for the contact, including past transactions, any subscriptions, and past/current invoices for the contact. For each of these, you can use the view button to jump to the relevant payment area with filters applied to show more details of that category specific to that contact. You can also take multiple actions from here including:
Add Card on File - Add a new card that will be on file for the contact.
Charge now - Issue a charge to the contact using a card on file.
Create subscription - Create a new subscription that will be associated with the contact.
Create invoice - Create a new invoice that will be associated with the contact.
Manage cards - View and remove cards on file for the contact.
