When selecting a conversation, in the center area you’ll have access to the conversation history, allowing you to view sent and received messages, contact activity, and more. When looking at a sent message, depending on the message channel you may be able to view more details, for example on an email, you can see the status (sent, delivered, opened), can view messages in the thread, can view advanced details about the email, can download attachments, and can send a reply to the email.
Alternatively, for an activity such as an invoice or payment, you have the option to open the invoice, allowing you to see the shareable link to the invoice. For specific questions about different entries in the conversation history and your options, please reach out to [email protected].
