While in the conversations area, you have access to 4 categories, to help quickly sort your conversations. These are:
While in the conversations tab, you can also filter results, using either the search bar to search for a specific contact or message or using the filter button, to bring up a list of filter options including the following:
Contact owner - This allows you to check for contacts that are assigned to you, assigned to a specific user(s), or who are unassigned.
Follower Assignment - This allows you to check for contacts who are followed by either yourself or by specific user(s).
Mentions - This allows you to check internal notes for contacts and to see what users have been mentioned on that contact's internal notes, checking either for mentions of yourself or for any additional specific user(s).
Last Message Direction - This allows you to filter for conversations where the most recent message was either inbound or outbound.
Last Outbound Message Type - This allows you to filter for conversations where the most recent outbound message was either sent manually or was sent through an automated system.
Last Message Channel - This allows you to filter for conversations with a particular channel being the most recent used for interacting with the contact.
Below the filter and new message buttons, you also have the ability to sort your conversations, allowing you to customize in what order the messages are displayed, including latest vs. oldest and manual vs all messages.
