When selecting a conversation, you’ll also get a quick view of the contact on the right-most column. In the quick view, you have 5 different category options:
Contacts - Gives you a quick overview of the contact, including their email, phone, assigned users, followers, tags, active workflows, and if they have any channels that they have opted out of.
Appointments - Give you a quick overview of upcoming and past appointments for the contact.
Opportunities - Gives you a quick overview of opportunities associated with the contact, including the opportunity name, value, status, pipeline, and stage.
Tasks - Gives you a view of tasks that have been created for the contact.
Notes - Displays any internal comments and notes left by your team on the contact.
To see more details about a contact, navigate to their contact page using the contact tab in your CRM.
