Conversations


The conversation area is able to display messages sent in through a variety of ways including:

Email

Displays emails sent through the system as well as replies sent in response to those emails.

Displays emails from connected inboxes through the 2-way sync setting. For more information, see the My Profile article. Keep in mind that even with an email with 2-way sync, the system can still only display conversations initiated through the system.

SMS

Displays text messages sent from or to purchased numbers in the Phone Numbers area, found in settings>phone numbers. For more information, see the phone numbers article.

GBP

Displays messages sent to or from your integrated Google Business Profile. To connect your GBP, go to settings>integrations, for more information, see the integrations article.

Live chat

Displays messages sent to the live chat feature available for funnels and websites. To activate the live chat feature, go to your funnel or site, into settings, and enable the default chat widget. For more information, see the Site article.

Facebook & Instagram

Displays messages sent to your integrated Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger profile. To connect your Facebook or Instagram profile, go to settings>integrations. For more information, see the integrations article.

Calls & Voicemail

Displays calls made from or to purchased numbers in the Phone Numbers area, found in settings>phone numbers. If you have call recording on, this will also then display a recording that you can playback. For more information, see the phone numbers article.
