Conversation Actions

When selecting a conversation (using the checkbox that appears when hovering over a conversation), you’ll be able to access a few options by then selecting the actions tab. These include:

Mark as starred/Unmark as starred - This stars/unstars the conversation, allowing it to either display in your starred category or remove it from the starred category. 

Mark as read/Mark as unread - This marks the conversation as read or unmarked it, allowing it to either display in the unread category or remove it from the unread category.

Delete - This deletes the contact's conversation history.

Archive/Unarchive - This archives or unarchives the conversation, allowing it to either no longer show up in the recents’ category or adding back into the recents’ category. 

Filters - This allows you to filter the activity in that specific conversation, allowing you to look for specific messages or forms of activity.

You can also access some of these options when clicked into a conversation along the top row of the center column.
