The Transactions area is where you can find a list of all transactions that have taken place within your CRM. Using the filters, you are able to filter by date range, status, the source of the transaction, and use the search function to locate particular transactions.
Using the two arrow buttons, you are able to import & export transaction from and to the system.
The import button is located at the upper right, and allows you to import a list of transactions so that you can track previous transactions made outside the system. When importing, you must do so using a CSV with the correctly titled columns. To know more about formatting your CSV, click the import button, then click on either the import guide link or the sample import sheet which you can use to format your own sheet.
The export button is located to the right of the filters button. When exporting, you'll download a CSV that contains all the transactions currently showing in your quick view. You can control which transactions you export by utilizing the filters and search bar to limit the displayed transactions.
Below the search and filter area, you have your quick view. This area gives details associated with your payment links that you have filtered for.
Customer - The customer associated with the transaction.
Provider - Where the transaction was processed through (or manual if manually recorded).
Source - The name of the source of the transaction, either the name of an invoice, payment link, funnel, etc.
Transaction Date - The date the transaction took place.
Amount - The total value of the transaction.
Status - The current status of the payment.
Action Menu - Allows you to view transaction details or refund the transaction. It is always recommended to refund transactions here, rather than in the payment processor to avoid discrepancies between the system and the processor.
When viewing a transaction, you can see transaction details, click to see the receipt, see payment provider details, see customer details, and see source details.
