Subscriptions

The subscriptions area is where you can find any subscriptions created through your CRM platform. Keep in mind, that recurring invoices are considered invoices and not subscriptions, and so they won’t appear here. Instead, only subscriptions created using recurring products, either through funnels, an online store, or payment links will appear here. Using the filters, you are able to filter by date range, status, source, and use the search function to locate particular transactions. You can also export your subscriptions into a CSV sheet.

Statuses

The following are statuses that can display for a subscription:

Trialing - In a trial period before any charges are applied.

Scheduled - Set to charge in the future but has not yet issued its first charge.

Active - Has been charged and is set to continue to charge.

Paused - Marked as paused and will not charge until unpaused.

Canceled - Manually canceled by a member of your team.

Incomplete Expire - The status if the charge can’t be completed, whether due to wrong payment details, expired card, etc.

Ended - The status if the subscription has hit its endpoint and has charged successfully up until that point.
