The (Contacts) Restore area is where you can view contacts that have recently been deleted from your CRM and restore them. You can restore contacts on an individual basis, or use the checkboxes to the left of the contact’s name to select multiple to restore en masse. Please keep in mind, that once a contact is deleted, they will be stored in the Restore area for two months before they are permanently deleted. Once a contact has elapsed that two month period, they can no longer be restored and all their information is lost. When restoring a contact, you’ll also restore their conversation history, notes, associated opportunities, tasks, and appointments.
