Orders

The Orders area is where you can find a list of all orders that have taken place in the CRM. Orders are any purchase that takes place on a funnel page, online store, or through a payment link. This means that transactions completed by way of invoices do not display here. Using the filters, you are able to filter by date range, order status, payment status, the source of the payment, and use the search function to locate particular transactions.

You can also import orders from CSV sheets and export your orders into a CSV sheet.

For an individual order, you can click to view the order and see more information about the order, including contact details, source details, product details, and payment details.

Quick View

Below the search and filter area, you have your quick view. This area gives details associated with your orders and displays the orders that you have filtered for.

Customer - The customer associated with the order.

Source - The name of the payment link, funnel, or store that the order came from.

Items - The number of products associated with the order.

Order Date - The date the order was placed.

Amount - The total value of the order.

Status - Indicates is the order is completed, pending, or cancelled.
