When in the Smart Lists category, at the top of the page just below the category menu you will see the Smart List Navigation menu. This menu allows you to see and select all Smart Lists that you have access to. Selecting a Smart List will update the listed contacts to display only those that fit that Smart List’s filters. By default you’ll have access to the following categories (you can always update these by using the filter option):

All - The default list, this is a list of all contacts and this smart list cannot be permanently modified. 

Potential Sponsors - Any contact with the following tag applied to it: “potential sponsor”.

Sponsors - Any contact with one of the following tags applies to it: “sponsor”, “bronze sponsor”, “silver sponsor”, “gold sponsor”, “diamond sponsor”, “platinum sponsor”, “catering sponsor”, “hair makeup sponsor”, “in kind sponsor”, “media sponsor”.

Potential Speakers - Any contact with one of the following tags applies to it: “potential speaker”, “speaker interest”, “speaker referral”.

Speakers - Any contact with the following tag applied to it: “speaker”.

Audience - Any contact with the following tag applied to it: “audience”.

Any Smart Lists that you create and save will also appear alongside these default categories.
