Calendar logo - Where you can set your logo to display alongside your calendar. You can customize the logo to display in a square or a circle display.
Calendar name - The name used for the calendar. If the calendar title display is enabled (found under customizations) this name will appear at the top of the calendar when shared, but if disabled will only be seen on the backend.
Description - The description of the calendar. If the calendar description display is enabled (found under customizations) this name will appear alongside the calendar when shared, but if disabled will only be seen on the backend.
Group - The group the calendar will be set to and will appear in. For more on groups, see the Calendar Groups article.
Custom URL - The slug that will be used if you use the share scheduling link option. This must be a unique slug.
Meeting invite title - The title of the meeting invite which will be sent to the contact’s email and appear on both their and your calendar.
Select team members - Where you’ll select the team member(s) that will be assigned to the booking. Keep in mind that the type of calendar will impact how you utilize this field and may even cause this field to not appear. For more about calendar types, see above.
Location - Available as a dropdown, the location field lets you set what will display as the meeting location for your appointment. See below for more on options.
Event color - Sets the color that the event will display on the contact and your calendar.
The following are options found under the location field:
Custom - Allows you to enter your own location field and if using a link overwrite the display of the link by using a display label.
Zoom - If you have integrated your Zoom account with the CRM, this option will create a Zoom link using your account.
Google Meet - If you have integrated your Google account with the CRM, this option will create a Google Meet link using your account.
Phone - Uses your instance’s location phone (found under settings>business profile).
Full Address - Uses your instance’s location address (found under settings>business profile).
Ask the Booker - Allows the Booker to set the location to meet.
Microsoft Teams - If you have integrated your Teams account with the CRM, this option will create a Teams link using your account.
The following are additional options available to particular types of calendars:
Appointment Distribution - Round Robin Only - This option allows you to select if you would like to divide appointment bookings among the available team members by way of availability (Allowing the booking contact to select whatever time works best for them and then assigning a user that has availability for that time) or by equal distribution (assigning the contact to a user and then displaying times, showing only that user’s times).
Advanced settings - Round Robin Only - Allows you to set reschedule preferences, allowing the contact to get reassigned when going through round robin or keeping the same appointment owner. You can also set the contact to always booked with their assigned user if they have one, overwriting round-robin settings.
Priority level - Round Robin Only - This setting appears alongside the team members, this allows you to set their priority level, letting the calendar know which team member to prefer when assigning contacts booking through the calendar.
Meeting Location - Collective Booking Only - This setting allows you to select which team member’s location setting will be used as the default location and sent in the invite details.
