We’re so glad you’re here! This help desk is your go-to resource for learning how to navigate and make the most out of your CRM. Whether you're just getting started or looking to fine-tune your workflows, you'll find helpful guides and tutorials to walk you through it all.
This course covers the general uses of the CRM and is more focused on the features and settings of the CRM itself. If you are looking for more information about your snapshot (such as a guide through your website, how to add new sponsor tiers, utilizing our newsletter templates, etc.) please go to the TWSS CRM Guide course.
This help desk is structured to make it easy to find what you are looking for. To start, you'll either begin on our General Page (for general CRM guides that show the features of the CRM) or on the Producer Toolkit Page (for guides about how to customize your system to your show).
Inside of each page, you'll find a list of categories, sub-categories, and articles. To make it easy to know where you are going, we've color-coded our system using our speech bubble logo.
Blue speech bubbles indicate category pages, inside of which you can find sub-categories and articles.
Grey speech bubbles indicate coming soon, meaning the article or category hasn't yet been published. If the article or category is marked Coming Soon, we are currently working on final touches and review before publishing it. If the article or category is marked Slated for Development, we are beginning to assemble the category or article, but it may not be ready for some time.
Green speech bubbles indicate article pages, inside of which you'll find content explaining that topic. If an article touches on multiple topics, you can expect to find sub-headings & dividers inside making finding exactly what you are looking for even easier.
Our CRM has a lot going on! That means that putting together articles takes a considerable amount of time - all while also still keeping things running on the Mothership side. Some sections may not yet have a dedicated article, but we’re actively building out resources to ensure you have all the information you need.
If there's a particular topic or feature you need help with but don’t see covered yet, we’d love to hear from you! Use our requests form (found on article pages and in our menu) with any questions or with your preference for what articles we should focus on publishing next, and we’ll work on getting you the information you need. You can also reach out with requests to update articles if you find that updates to the CRM have left an article dated.
