Forms & Payments

Select form - This allows you to select the form that will be utilized to collect information from the contact once they select their slot. By default, calendars collect the contact’s name, email, phone, and allows them to enter additional notes.

If you want to set up a new form for your calendar, you’ll need to navigate to sites>forms and use the form builder.

Widget order - This allows you to customize the order in which contact’s will go about booking, choosing whether they first must submit their form or first must select their time.

Pre-populate fields (sticky contact) - This will make it so that if the system is able to associate an existing contact with the contact booking on the calendar (using cookies to detect such), it will automatically fill out details on the form using what that contact has previously provided.

Consent checkbox - This will make it so that a consent checkbox appears with the entered text alongside your selected form. This consent checkbox can be used to ensure that your contacts have opted in to receive notifications. If you have any notifications enabled it is strongly recommended to have this field enabled as well.

Add guests - This will allow the contact to indicate if they will have any guests for the meeting. If enabled, you can choose if they should provide names and emails for guests or just a count on how many guests will be in attendance.

Confirmation page - This will allow you to choose what displays once the contact books their appointment successfully. By default, it will display a thank you message, however you can customize this message or instead redirect the contact to a different webpage once they have successfully booked their appointment.

Facebook pixel ID (optional) - This field allows you to attach a Facebook pixel ID allowing you to track conversions on the calendar for your Facebook ad campaigns.

Auto-confirm new meetings - This marks appointments that are booked through the calendar as confirmed, rather than unconfirmed.

Accept payment - This field enables other payment fields, including the payment amount (and currency), allowing partial payments, setting a description for what the payment is for, and setting the payment mode to live to enable accepting payments (as opposed to test mode which is used for troubleshooting).
