Elements

While in a document, you are able to use the add elements button to select an element and add it to your document. For any element added in, you can modify the margins and padding, add in background color, and for certain elements adjust height, width, and alignment. When using the add elements, you can add in the following types:

Text - This allows you to add in text, useful for adding in legalese, terms and conditions, and other pieces of information. For a piece of text, you can customize the font, size, style, and more using the format bar at the top of the page.

Image - This lets you add images or GIFs to the document, using files uploaded to your media storage.

Video - This lets you embed a video link into your document, using a URL from a site such as YouTube or Vimeo.

Table - This allows you to add a table, to which you can add additional rows, columns, and make other customizations.

Product list - This lets you add products and pricing into your document based on what products you have set up in the products area. You can also apply discounts in the document to the product.

Page break - This creates a second page, separating everything below the page break into the second page. If page breaks are not used, the system will automatically create its own page breaks (indicated on the page by a labeled dashed line).

Signature - This creates a draggable signature field that can be assigned to a recipient or the owner of the document. In the field settings, you can enable the signer's name to appear above the field, indicating who should sign it.

Text Field - This creates a draggable text field that can be assigned and filled out by a recipient or the owner of the document. This field can also be given a placeholder value or automatically filled in with a custom field value.

Date - This creates a draggable date field that can be assigned and filled out by a recipient or the owner of the document. This field can also be given a set date format, given a limited date range, and automatically filled in with a custom field value.

Initials - This creates a draggable initials field that can be assigned to a recipient or the owner of the document.

Checkbox - This creates a draggable date field that can be assigned and filled out by a recipient or the owner of the document. This can be set to pre-checked or not.
