The coupons area is where you can create and manage coupon codes that can be used in association with certain payment elements in order to offer discounts to your contacts.

Please keep in mind that coupons can only be utilized in combination with order forms or payment links and not with invoices. As such, if you wish to offer a discount to a sponsor, it is recommended to instead use the add discount feature found in the documents & contracts builder or in the invoice builder.
