When viewing contacts, only certain fields will display by default, however you are able to use the columns dropdown (found on the righthand side) to modify the displayed values, including hiding and displaying selected columns. Columns chosen will display their data for contacts in view, will be pulled when contacts are exported, and can be used to sort contacts.
The quick search and filter options can be found to the right of the columns dropdown and can be used to reduce the contact view to specific contacts. In addition, when using the filter, you can set filters and save them as smart lists, creating a new smart list based on your filter.
In addition, when you have a smart list already selected, selecting a filter will bring up your smart list’s filters, allowing you to modify the current filter, modify the smart list filter, or create a new smart list filter.
