General > Calendars > Connections > Calendar Connections
Here you can connect your preferred external calendar tool, including Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar (including Office 365, Outlook.com, Live.com, or Hotmail calendar), iCloud Calendar, or your Calendly calendar.
Once you have connected a calendar, you can then manage it, setting your primary calendar (where appointments will be synced to) and conflict calendars (which will block time slots whenever any conflict calendar has time blocked on it).
For a connected calendar, you can choose to either use one-way or two-way sync. One-way sync uses events on your third party calendar as block slots and will not book on top of them. Two-way sync also uses events on your calendar as blocked slots, but in addition will also add calendar events into the system, creating those events as appointments and adding guests from invites as contacts.
Please keep in mind that Two-way sync can cause issues with certain triggers. It is recommended to discuss this with [email protected] before enabling two-way sync.
Once you have a connected calendar, you will also have access to the setting Private Mode for Synced Events. This setting allows you to make it so that events from your third-party calendar will only show up as BLOCKED in the calendar, rather than showing any details of the event or guests.
