At the right most side of the quick view row for each calendar are a series of buttons that can be used to modify your calendar these include:
Edit - This option opens the editor, for more information on editing a calendar see the New Calendar subcategory, which covers the calendar editor tabs.
Share - Opens the share pop-up, allowing you to access methods to share the calendar.
Troubleshoot Calendar - Brings up the troubleshooting view allowing you to select certain days and see why they are or are not available and allowing you to gain insight into potential issues you may have run into.
Scheduling link - A customized link based on the slug you set for the calendar. If you modify the slug, the old link will no longer work.
Permanent link - A permanent but non-customized link for the calendar that is unaffected by any slug modifications.
One-time link - A link that can be shared and which expires after it is used to book an appointment. This can be useful if you want to share your calendar, but do not wish for the contact to be able to book more than once with you.
Embed Code - Provides you with a code to create an iframe of the calendar inside of a code block.
In addition to the above share options, you will also have branded webpages set up for your base set of calendars. You can access these by going to sites>funnels>calendars.
Under the Additional Options button, you'll have the following additional options:
Duplicate - Creates a duplicate of the calendar, keep in mind certain aspects (such as the title and the slug) will be slightly modified with the words “Copy of” to make clear which is the original and which is the duplicate.
Move to Group - This allows you to add the calendar to a group, move it from the current group, or remove it from all groups.
Deactivate/Activate Calendar - This deactivates or activates a calendar. If the calendar is navigated to while deactivated, a 404 message will display.
