Availability

Timezone - Allows you to select your timezone, for which your availability will be formatted.

Day selection - Allows you to select which days you want to show as available, creating a range set that you can then edit for your hours for that day.

Daily ranges - By using the time interface you can set a range of times. If you want multiple ranges for a single day, use the plus button to add a new range. If you want to remove a range, use the delete icon. If you wish to copy the range(s) from one day to all others, you can use the copy to all button, which will duplicate the range to all checked days.

Please keep in mind, that even if a certain time is set to be available, it may not necessarily display on all calendars. If your calendar’s available weekly hours are different from your available weekly hours, only those time slots that are available for both the calendar and your availability will be displayed. To modify a calendar's availability, go to that calendar’s availability tab and modify the listed time ranges and days.

Please keep in mind, that even if a certain time is set to be available, it may not necessarily display. If you have integrated a third-party calendar (such as Google Calendar) that calendar may be used to check for potential conflicts and block off certain times. To see what calendars are integrated, go to calendars>calendar settings>connections. Your primary calendar and any conflict calendars will be utilized to block off times.
