By selecting the three dots on any appointment, you are able to access a menu for that appointment with the following options:
View details - This option brings up the detail view, where you’ll be able to see the primary contact, any guests, and the assigned user. You’ll also be able to see details, including meeting location, calendar source, and the activity log. You can also view and add notes to the appointment to keep in mind for the meeting. Lastly, you can also use the edit button to make changes to details about the appointment or the delete button to remove the appointment from the calendar.
View consent - This brings up if the contact has consented in to receive messaging with their provided contact details (such as email and SMS messaging).
Edit & Reschedule - This brings up the edit menu, where you’ll be able to customize details such as the booked calendar, appointment title, assigned user, and booked slot.
Delete - This removes the appointment from the calendar.
